4. DOWNTOWN BUSINESS PARKING PLACARDS

   The City requires a current year parking placard when parking in a City owned parking lot. All parking placards are to be displayed on the rearview mirror of the vehicle. Placards are valid for one calendar year for the amount of $20 per year.  Placards expire each December 31st of the calendar year.
