MERIDIAN/31ST OVERPASS AT SR 512 IMPROVEMENTS:

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) recognizes that traffic volumes on the Meridian/31st overpass at SR512 often exceed capacity and result in back-ups and delays.
