Hearing Examiner Decision Entered on New Hope Significant Impact Business License

UPDATE: Although the hearing examiner spent over 150 hours reviewing records, listening to testimony and issuing her findings and decision on New Hope’s appeal of the City’s requirements relating to its significant impact business license, and while the City would have accepted the hearing examiner’s decision, New Hope now contests it and has filed a petition in Pierce County Superior Court seeking judicial review and reversal of portions of the examiner’s decision.
