East Main Deer Creek Crossing

Deer Creek begins just south of city limits in SE Puyallup. As it nears the Puyallup River, Deer Creek crosses under East Main in a 30" diameter pipe, then across a private parking lot and under a commercial building to a wetland area to the north. The 30" diameter pipe is a constriction to flows and a barrier to fish passage in Deer Creek. This project will connect Deer Creek through a previously-installed up-sized culvert pipe that runs under East Main.
