Play to Learn in the Community

What is Play to Learn?

Play to Learn is a free collaborative program for children, ages six and under, and the adults who care for them. Thematic curriculum invites individual play, engaging activities, songs, and a whole group circle time for children and adults to enjoy together! Play to Learn is a free drop-in program facilitated by Greentrike, formerly known as the Children's Museum of Tacoma.

Play to learn is back!  Beginning Thursday, October 7th, 2021, the library will host two Play to Learn sessions in our North/South meeting rooms every Thursday, aside from holidays. Sessions are from 10-11:30 am and from 1:30-3:00 pm.  The class size is smaller and registration is required.  Please register through Greentrike's scheduling page.
