Play to Learn in the Community

What is Play to Learn?

Play to Learn is a free collaborative program for children, ages six and under, and the adults who care for them. Thematic curriculum invites individual play, engaging activities, songs, and a whole group circle time for children and adults to enjoy together! Play to Learn is a free drop-in program facilitated by Greentrike, formerly known as the Children's Museum of Tacoma.

Play to learn is back!  The 2022-2023 Play to Learn calendar is here.  The library will host two Play to Learn sessions in our North/South meeting rooms most Tuesdays (aside from holiday week observations). Sessions are from 10-11:30 am and from 1:30-3:00 pm.  Please drop in when you can, no pre-registration required.

Please note, the PTL dates for February 2023 are:  7, 14, 28 - there is no session on the 21st.

For a full list of dates and locations, please visit the Greentrike page.
