The Puyallup Police Department Records Division is a unit of Professional Services and consists of one records supervisor and two records clerks. The Records Unit is responsible for many important functions of the police department, including police report intake and maintenance, public disclosure, concealed pistol licenses, and fingerprinting, and they are the first point of contact for visitors to the police department.
Request a Police Report
The Puyallup Police Department does not process requests for Police Traffic Collision Reports (PTCR). Please obtain a copy of a PTCR from the Washington State Patrol Website and you will be able to immediately download your document for a fee. Your request will be reviewed in accordance with the Public Records Laws and Puyallup Police Department's Public Records Act policy. Report copies may incur a cost of up to $.15 per page. Copies of collision reports are $5 and requests for a CD/DVD incur a cost of $2 each.

We are now accepting applications for new Concealed Pistol Licenses (CPLs). You MUST reside within the city limits of Puyallup for Puyallup PD to process your application.
