Puyallup Activity Center Inclement Weather Policy
The Puyallup Activity Center will be open during most inclement weather conditions (i.e. heavy snow, ice, rain, wind), with the exception of the City's instruction to close or delay opening. However, trips, classes, and other programs may be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions.
Please call the Center (253) 841-5555 before you attempt to come in. We do not encourage anyone to drive, much less walk, to the Center if roads and sidewalks are unsafe. As a general rule, if the Puyallup School District has cancelled school, we strongly advise all our seniors to stay safe and consider staying home.
Please ensure we have you correct and updated phone number in the My Senior Center program in case we need to contact you or send out a message about our closure.
