City-owned Parking Lots

• "Cornforth Campbell" Lot - The parking lot at 2nd St SE & Main St (with access also from 3rd St SE) in downtown Puyallup--currently known as the old Cornforth Campbell lot--is open to business employees and visitors from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. If you have a business parking permit, you may park here before 8:30 a.m. but there is no overnight parking.
  
• "Covered Cornforth Campbell" Lot - This lot has 38 stalls reserved for business parking only. If you have a business parking permit, you may park here on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• "Hill" Lot (2nd St SE & E. Pioneer) - This parking lot has 36 stalls reserved for business parking only. If you have a business parking permit, you may park here on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• Community Resource Center Lot (Meridian & E. Main) - This small parking lot has five business parking stalls and five one-hour stalls. If you have a business parking permit, you may park here on a first-come, first-served basis. The public can park in the one hour parking stalls on a first-come, first-served basis. There is one ADA compliant parking stall in this lot.
  
• City Hall Lot (333 S. Meridian) - The surface parking and first floor garage at City Hall are open to the public. The 2nd floor parking garage is reserved for city employees. No Sounder Commuter parking.
  
• Activity Center Lot (3rd St. SW & W. Pioneer) - There are 36 business parking stalls at this lot (designated with white stripes). Those who have business parking permits may park here on a first-come, first-served basis. The blue striped stalls are reserved for City business, including city employee parking and city visitors.
  
• Pioneer Lot (2nd St. SW & W. Pioneer, across from the Post Office) is open to the public for free two hour parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• Library Parking Lot (3rd St. SW) - This parking lot is reserved for visitor parking for the Library and Pioneer Park Pavilion.

Commuter Parking

The Sound Transit lease on the Cornforth/Campbell commuter lot, located at 2nd St. SE & Main St. ended on September 30th. Commuter parking is available at the Sounder Train Station lot, the Puyallup Fair Red lot and the South Hill Park & Ride. Pierce Transit routes 400 and 495 are availble for shuttle to and from the satellite lots to the Puyallup Sounder Station. 

On Street Parking

To minimize the impact of spillover commuter parking on downtown neighborhoods, changes to on-street parking and a new residential parking permit system was adopted by the City Council.
