Pay by Phone

To pay your City of Puyallup utility bill over the phone using a check, debit or credit card; please have your account number ready and call 1-866-862-4232 to pay your bill today! This service is available to our customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no additional cost.

We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Automatic Payment

You can sign up for our Automatic Payment program which will automatically take the amount due out of your checking or savings account on the due date.

Pay by Mail

Send payments to P.O. Box 90025, Bellevue, WA 98009-9025.

Bill Payer Program (through your financial institution)

You can arrange with your bank to have them pay your bills for you. Contact your bank for more information. Allow seven days for your payment processing.

Outside Payment Box

You can attach the payment stub to your check or money order and place it in our night drop. Please do not put cash in the night drop. The drop is located at 333 S Meridian near the stairs at the Southwestern corner of the building facing Meridian.

Pay in Person

The Utility Billing office is located on downtown at 333 S Meridian-3rd floor.
