Public Works Engineering plans, designs, directs construction and manages public projects. The division administers the capital funds for public projects to address rehabilitation and restoration of public roadways, water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure. The division oversees grant funds for special projects. In addition, the division serves as an engineering resource to other city departments in the design and implementation of capital improvements and civic enhancements.
