Fingerprinting services are offered at the Puyallup Police Department on a walk in basis Thursday afternoons 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. on a walk-in basis. The cost for fingerprinting is $10.00/card. You must provide the fingerprint cards.

To best provide service to the community, law enforcement personnel and the judicial field, we must require that the general public schedule appointments to retrieve property.
Appointments may be made by calling the Property Room at (253) 841-5423 during normal business hours. Appointments can be made Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (except holidays). You must show picture identification at the time of your appointment.
* Firearm releases: When scheduling an appointment for a firearm release, you must provide your full name (first, middle and last) and date of birth. The Property Room is unable to release firearms to individuals ineligible to possess weapons and you will be required to sign a form stating you are legally eligible to have weapons. A background check/criminal history will be performed before your appointment to assist in determining eligibility. All weapons will be checked for "stolen" status.
Visiting hours are on Thursday & Sunday ONLY. To schedule a visitation time you must call between 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. the day before. Call (253) 841-5425 to schedule a visitation.

5 MINUTE RULE: Anyone arriving 5 minutes or more later than the scheduled time will not be permitted to visit. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
