Police Records

Support service functions are necessary for the on-going operation of the Puyallup Police Department. The Police Department lobby is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with front office staff available 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. for customer assistance. During non-business hours there is a red phone located outside of the Police Department. If you are in need of assistance, pick-up the red phone to be connected to dispatch.

Report Copies
$.15 per page. Subject to the laws of dissemination.

To request a copy of a police report, fill out the Public Disclosure Request Form and submit it to the records division via the email link on the form.
