The Puyallup Police Department Records Division is a sub-division of Professional Serivces and consists of two records clerks. The Records Divison is responsible for many important functions of the police department, including: police report intake and maintenance, public disclosure, concealed pistol licenses, fingerprinting, and they are the first point of contact to visitors at the police department.

To request a copy of a Puyallup Police Department report, fill out the Public Disclosure Request form found under Forms & Resources or via the link below. Your request will be reviewed in accordance with the Public Records Laws and Puyallup Police Department's Public Records Act policy. Report copies may incur a cost of up to $.15 per page. Copies of collision reports are $2.00 and requests for a CD/DVD incur a cost of $5.00 each.

Fingerprint services are available to City of Puyallup residents only Thursdays from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. on a walk-in basis.
