Pioneer Park Pavilion Set Up & Clean Up
Set up and clean up are included in the rental time. Depending on availability of the building, additional hours for set up may be available at a reduced rate.
Pavilion staff will be on site to set up tables and chairs as per arrangement provided by renter.
Pavilion staff will also be responsible for set up of all city owned audio/visual equipment.
Renter will be responsible for clean up at the end of the event to include: Removal of all decorations, trash placed in trash bags and placed in dumpster, general pick up of facility.
Pavilion staff will be responsible for take down & removal of tables and chairs and all city owned audio/visual equipment.
