Preschool Program

TODDLER CAMPUS PRESCHOOL

Our program provides an educational foundation for your child through age appropriate activities that include; writing and language development, problem-solving experiences, manipulatives, art projects, physical exercise, plus field trips and seasonal events with parents. This program is designed to prepare your child for kindergarten and is taught by experienced caring staff. See our teacher bio for more information.

Toddler campus Preschool runs from September through the end of May and includes a formal graduation ceremony for students. Preschool follows the Puyallup School District Calendar including all holidays, in-service and closures due to inclement weather.

(To qualify for a resident, you must live within the incorporated city limits of Puyallup. A Puyallup mailing address does not necessarily qualify an individual as a Puyallup resident.)

Registration Information for Preschool

Children must be potty-trained by the start of class. To enroll in the 3-4 yrs old classes, your child must be 3 years old by September 1. To enroll in the 4-5 yrs old classes, your child must be 4 years old by September 1 and entering Kindergarten for the next school year. You may obtain a registration packet from the Puyallup Parks and Recreation Department by calling 253-841-5457, or downloading the form by clicking on the link above.

Registration Dates and Fees

    Preschool starts on September 4th for Pre-K and September 5th for Preschool. A registration fee of $100 is required at the time of registration. The registration fee covers a $10 per month reservation fee plus a one-time $10 supply fee.
                               
    Payments are due NO LATER than the 20th of each month PRIOR to the start of the next session (for example: October payment would be due September 20th). A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for payments not made by the 20th. Your spot may also be forfeited to the next person on the waiting list if your payment is not made by the 23rd of the month. No refunds will be given on deposits or monthly class fees. The months of November, December, and April are prorated due to holiday vacations and spring break.

Preschool Teacher Biography

    Jenny Call, or Miss Call as her students call her, came to Toddler Campus Preschool with a Masters in Teaching from UPS and eight years of hands-on teaching experience. Miss Call grew up in the Puyallup Valley and developed a strong passion for educating children. She creates a positive and energized learning environment focused on encouraging individual growth in every one of her students.
