The City of Puyallup is offering a new Prescription Discount Card. This card provides a discount on commonly prescribed drugs, and it can be used anytime a Puyallup resident's prescription is not covered by insurance.
The card is FREE to all Puyallup residents, regardless of age, income or existing health insurance. By using this card you may save an average of 20% off the regular retail price of prescription drugs at participating pharmacies.
Use the links below to enroll in the program, print a card, check prescription prices, and locate participating pharmacies. There are over 100 participating pharmacies in the Puyallup area. Click here to enroll. More information is available on the Caremark website.

The Prescription Discount Card is made available to residents by the City of Puyallup in collaboration with the National League of Cities (NLC). The program is administered by Caremark CVS at no cost to the City of Puyallup.
