Jun. 18, 2010 at 7:08pm Rating Library Services

The City of Puyallup will be facing a large budget shortfall with the next biennium budget.  In order to gather much needed information, city staff has been asking citizens to fill out surveys to help staff and City Council decide citizen priorities.

Likewise the Puyallup Public Library would like your input and rating of our services.  We want to hear your opinions whether you are a current Puyallup Library user or have never used our Library.  We are very interested in your input to plan for future services and to prioritize our resources during these difficult financial times.

Each city household will receive a postcard in the mail asking you to complete an online survey.  Look for that and fill out the survey  by going to the Library's website between June 28-July 17.  You might even win a prize donated by the Puyallup Library Foundation, either an Ipad Touch or a gift card.  You can fill out the survey either online or with a paper copy.

Your input will help drive the kinds of service we plan to deliver for the next three years.  Your input is important.

You're probably already are aware of this by now but the lighting for the library is horrible. Whoever designed this building must not have understood that a prerequisite for a library should good lighting above all else. Except for that it's a pretty nice building.
