Council Work sessions:  The Mayor will allow citizens to comment on the topics of a city council work session at the end of the work session meeting.  Citizens will have two minutes to speak to the Council on work session agenda items.

Public Hearings:  Please fill out a form to sign up to speak during the Public Hearing.  The forms are available at the City Clerk's desk or you may fill out an online form no later than 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.  The Council agenda will show the topic of the public hearing and when in the meeting the public hearing will held.  The Mayor will announce the opening of the public hearing.  If you wish to speak, come forward to the podium, state your name and your support, opposition, or question relating to the issue.  The Council will establish the time limits on the testimony.
