What if the Court is closed?

In the event of extreme conditions that might require a court closure, information and instructions regarding canceled court sessions and clerk's office hours could be found here. 

Examples of conditions that might close the court include extreme weather, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, disease outbreaks and criminal acts. 

While emergency closures are very rare, they do occur.  If court is closed due to an emergency on a day you are scheduled for a hearing, a new date would be selected and a notice mailed to you containing the new court date.
