The Puyallup Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on the proposed Orchard Hill annexation at this meeting. The Planning Commission will take public comment on this item at the hearing, and will then formulate a recommendation to be forwarded to City Council for final action.

This hearing will be for consideration of the assignment of City zoning for the proposed Orchard Hill annexation area. Orchard Hill is an established subdivision on Fruitland Avenue which recently submitted petitions for annexation to the City. Planning Commission discussed this topic at the November 14, 2012 meeting.

 

The Commission reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council regarding amendments to the Puyallup Comprehensive Plan, amendments to land use regulations in the Puyallup Municipal Code, and the assigned zoning for proposed annexations.
