2014-2019 Parks and Open Space Plan update: The Puyallup Parks and Senior Advisory Board invites you to attend the first of three open house meetings regarding an update to the city’s Parks and Open Space Plan. This open house will address the park master plans for Pioneer Park/Pavilion/Activity Center, Sam Peach Park, Puyallup Skate Park, Grayland Park/Memorial Center, Riverwalk Trail and the Puyallup Recreation and Sports Complex Center. Future open houses will address the master plans for other park facilities in the city; interested citizens are encouraged to visit the city’s project webpage – www.cityofpuyallup.org/ParksPlanUpdate - to learn more regarding the public outreach strategy. Interested citizens are also encouraged to take the online survey using this link. The first open house will take place on Thursday, July 25, 2013 from 5:30-7:30PM (“drop-in anytime” format). The meeting will be held at the city’s Community Resource Center (CRC)* located at 107 No. Meridian. Citizens will be provided an opportunity to examine park facility master plans and provide input to Park Board members and city staff. Email PuyallupParksUpdate@ci.puyallup.wa.us
