If you are planning on opening a business in the City of Puyallup, you will need to obtain a city business license. There are a number of different requirements based on the type of business you intent to operate.
Business License Rates
Business license rates are based on the total number of employees, manager or owners working within the Puyallup city limits. All licenses expire on December 31st of each year.

Fees for applications received July - through December will be pro-rated to half of the amount due.
