5.   Authorize payment to Qwest (dba CenturyLink) in an amount not to exceed $127,424.83 for reimbursement of costs related to the 3rd Street SW improvements project
 
6.   Authorize an agreement with Lattice Incorporated for telephone services for Puyallup municipal jail inmates
 
7.   Authorize the City Manager to approve a new job classification, Senior Permit Technician, and subsequently reclassify two existing positions to the new classification
 
8.   Approve an agreement to purchase variable frequency drive controllers from Calvert Technologies for $34,500 and authorize execution of a contract in the amount of $24,500 with Bainbridge Island Electric for installation of the controllers
 
9.   Adopt a resolution setting a public hearing for August 13, 2013, to declare the 2002 stormwater vactor truck as surplus to the City's needs and authorize its disposal per City policy
 
10.   Approve an agreement with Puget Sound Energy for relocation of primary power service to the Water Pollution Control Plant as part of the generator upgrade and flood improvements project, and additionally authorize a budget amendment transferring $300,000 from the Treatment Plant Upgrades account to the WPCP Generator Upgrades and Flood Mitigation project account
 
11.   Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) for reimbursement of construction costs related to the installation of a casing and storm line at the 5th Street NW railroad crossing rehabilitation project
 
12.   Approve accounts payable, payroll and electronic fund transfers of $4,390,668.53; ratifying and confirming payments as previously authorized by the finance director
