5.   Approve a Traffic Maintenance Services agreement in an amount not to exceed $85,000 with Pierce County for centerline striping and pavement marking
 
6.   Approve and accept the work completed by Pacific Coast General Inc. to construct the 7th Street SW Water Main project
 
7.   Award a contract to RS Underground, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $190,010 for construction of the Porous Alleys project on 6th Avenue SW and Wilson Drive NW
 
8.   Approve accounts payable, payroll and electronic fund transfers of $4,100,428.04; ratifying and confirming payments as previously authorized by the Finance Director
 
9.   Award a contract in the amount of $104,980 to Nor Tec Construction for the 12th Street NW and 15th Street SE Railroad Crossing Rehabilitation project
