10.   Approve and accept the work completed by Pivetta Brothers Construction Inc. to construct the 5th Ave NW Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project
 
11.   Award a professional engineering services contract to KPG in the amount of $112,424.86 for the 7th Avenue SW (S Meridian to 7th Street SW) and City-wide Safety Improvements Project
 
12.   Accept a Federal grant in the amount of $5,000 for planning of SR161/Meridian corridor sidewalk curb ramps and pedestrian signal upgrades
 
13.   Award a contract to DKS Associates in an amount not to exceed $90,116.53 for systems engineering and associated services for the SR161/Meridian and 2nd/3rd Street safety improvements project
 
14.   Authorize the execution of the 2013-2015 City of Puyallup and Puyallup Police Management Association (PPMA) Collective Bargaining Agreement
 
15.   Resolution in support of a 2013 Transportation Investment Package
