9.   Acceptance of donation from D&M Construction for roof repair to Cornforth-Campbell building

10.   Public hearing on the moratorium imposed by the City on August 13, 2013, on marijuana producers, processors, and retailers
 
  ORDINANCES
 
11.   First reading of an ordinance amending Puyallup Municipal Code Chapter 9.20 relating to park hours
 
  CONSIDERATIONS AND REQUESTS
 
12.   Accept a Washington State Department of Ecology grant in the amount of $2.184 million for the 15th Street Storm Drain Extension, Phase 2; award a contract to Parametrix in the amount of $60,220 for engineering work on this project; and approve the submittal of a notice of intent to request funds to the Pierce County Flood Control Zone District in the amount of $40,139 for this project

Award a contract to Bruce Dees & Associates in an amount not to exceed $67,770 for the design of plans and specifications for the Pioneer Park recreation upgrades project
 
14.  
Authorize an interagency agreement with Washington State University in the amount of $14,884 for the Clarks Creek Outfall Retrofit project
 
15.   Authorize the City Manager to approve a new job classification, Senior Permit Technician, and subsequently reclassify two existing positions to the new classification
