12.   Approve a contract with Outcomes by Levy for lobbying services in 2015 for a monthly amount not to exceed $4,100 plus reimbursement for customary and usual expenses

13a.   Approve a purchase and sale agreement to allow for the installation of a gravity sewer system within the Crystal Ridge division
